DUS Liquidity Optimiser

Liquidity optimiser to increase the stabilising capacity within the DMM

The DUS liquidity contract is aimed at regulating the target pool balance in the DUS / USDC Pool. The default pool balance within the DUS / USDC Pool is 50/50. This contract optimises the available liquidity in accordance with market dynamics by adjusting the pool balance between DUS and USDC.

The adjusted pool balances makes it possible for the AMO to absorb much higher amounts of DCM via the DCM Stabiliser.

The target pool balances for DUS / USDC are:

  • > 50%: 50% / 50% (default)

  • < 50%: 40% / 60%

  • < 38,2%: 30% / 70%

  • < 23,6%: 20% / 80%

The DUS / USDC Pool will rebalance in accordance with the following adjusted target values:

  • 40/60: at 70% DUS target

  • 30/70: at 80% DUS target

  • 20/80: at 90% DUS target

Threshold: 10% rebalance when the target value is met.

The liquidity optimiser resets when the DCM Market Value goes above the 50% level.
